The accreditation of journalists to the International theatre and film music festival "Jūras Pērle» ends on July 24, 2017. It is necessary to indicate the following information, in the application for accreditation: -medium: full MEDIA name and scope of intended publications for the festival. - about the journalist: the surname, name, phone number, e-mail address and intended material planned for the Festival coverage, including the approximate volume of the text of the publications/duration of the reportage/plot, etc. It is necessary to provide copies of the main publications/TV programs/radio reports. Accredited journalists enter the event venue by presenting special passes issued on an application basis. A special badge cannot be transferred to another person. Media editions may submit applications for the accreditation of journalists within the following quotas: - periodicals - not more than 2 journalists; - TV companies - not more than 3 employees (including operators and technicians); - from the radio company - 1 correspondent; - from the news agency - 1 correspondent; - from the Internet edition - 1 correspondent.
ACCREDITED JOURNALISTS ARE ENTITLED TO:
- take part in press conferences, briefings, attend events organized and held within the framework of the Festival, where the Organizing Committee and Press Center staff invite journalists in advance, except for closed events; - receiving press releases, information and reference materials related to the Festival and intended for the distribution in the media; - audio, video recording, photography of open events; - apply for assistance to the Organizing Committee and the Press Center of the Festival for organizing and interviewing, comments.
JOURNALISTS ACCREDITED TO THE FESTIVAL ARE OBLIGED TO:
- do not interfere in the procedure of holding the Festival's events (With interference - understands: oral statements or actions aimed at attracting the attention of those present or interrupting the course of the event, photo and video shooting interfering the course of the event, as well as other actions impeding the event where accredited journalist presents and performing professional duties as a representative of the media); - leave the venue of the event or meeting after the set time, when setting the mode of work "protocol shooting" - to respect the rights, legitimate interests of participants and guests of the Festival, and of the employees of the Organizing Committee in the course of their professional activities; - Submit to the Organizing Committee copies of publications related to the presentation of the festival.
THE ORGANIZER OF THE FESTIVAL IS ENTITLED TO REFUSE ACCREDITATION OF THE JOURNALISTS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- the documents submitted and presented by the media for accreditation contain false information; - documents submitted by the media for accreditation do not meet the requirements of this Regulation; - by the nature of its activity, the media is a specialized publication (advertising, reference, erotic, etc.); - due to other facts, based on the reasonable decision. A JOURNALIST MAY BE DEPRIVED OF ACCREDITATION FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: - violation of the requirements of this Regulation by a journalist or editorial staff of the media; - the journalist’s report of untrue information.
